The Airspace Safety & Ground Security Charter

The Mode Guard: Your profile is mathematically isolated depending on your active mode. If you are networking in Business Class (Professional), users in Mile High (Romantic) cannot view, query, or locate your profile.

Flight Check-in: To match with others, users must check in with a flight number, which we look up against public flight schedule data. This confirms a flight exists on that route and date — it does not confirm the user holds a ticket on it, so treat a checked-in status as informational, not proof of a booked seat.

"At the Airport" Badge: Users can optionally confirm their device's GPS location is near an airport terminal, which earns a badge next to their name for a few hours. This confirms device location only — it does not confirm the user has cleared a TSA security checkpoint or is airside, since indoor GPS cannot reliably distinguish landside from airside.

"Photo Verified" Badge: Users can optionally submit a live selfie, which is automatically compared to their profile photo and then discarded. A match earns a badge next to their name. This confirms the profile photo matches the person submitting it — it is not an identity, age, or background check.

No Local Caching: To protect your privacy if your phone is lost, stolen, or inspected at international border crossings, no chat logs, match history, or media are saved to your physical device. Everything runs in-memory and is wiped upon logging out.

The Departure Wipe: Two hours after your flight’s scheduled departure, all transit logs, active matches, and chats are permanently deleted from our servers.

Never Leave Bags Unattended: Under no circumstances should you leave your luggage, carry-on bags, or personal items unattended to meet up with a match. Doing so can result in the destruction of your property by airport security, heavy fines, or arrest.

Respect Security Boundaries: Do not attempt to bypass security checkpoints, international customs boundaries, or terminal barriers to meet a match. If your match is in Terminal A and you do not have physical access to that terminal, keep the interaction digital.

Follow Airline and Airport Staff Directions: Flight crews, gate agents, air marshals, and airport security officers have absolute authority. If a match or meetup interferes with boarding procedures or terminal traffic flow, prioritize airport staff instructions immediately.

Open terminal food courts.

High-traffic airport coffee shops or sit-down restaurants.

Populated airport bars.

Staffed airline lounges (e.g., Centurion Lounge, Delta Sky Club).

Barcodes and QR codes on boarding passes contain sensitive personal data, including your full name, ticket confirmation number, and frequent flyer account details. Keep these secure and out of sight.

Tell them who you are meeting.

Send them the location of the coffee shop or lounge.

Let them know when your flight boards so they know when the meetup has concluded.

The "Flight Attendant" Button (In-App): Tap the report button in your chat window. This will instantly block the user, delete the match, hide your profile from their device, and send an urgent ticket to our Airspace Safety Team.

In-Person Escalation: If you are in immediate discomfort, politely excuse yourself to go to the restroom or purchase an item, and locate the nearest airline gate agent, airport security officer, or terminal employee.

Call Airport Emergency Services: In the event of a physical threat, harassment, or a security emergency, do not hesitate to contact local airport police or call emergency services (e.g., 911 in the U.S.).
